Anne Jeffreys est une actrice et chanteuse américaine, née Anne Carmichael le 26 janvier 1923 à Goldsboro (Caroline du Nord) et morte le 27 septembre 2017. Elle est connue pour ses films des années 1940 comme le western « Far-West 89 » (1948, avec Randolph Scott, Robert Ryan et Gabby Hayes) et « Dillinger, l’ennemi public » (1945, de Max Nosseck) où elle est l'amie de John Dillinger, personnifié par Lawrence Tierney. De 1951 à 2008, elle jouera principalement pour la télévision (6 téléfilms et 37 séries) et seulement 6 films au cinéma dont « Garçonnière pour quatre » (1962, de Michael Gordon, ...
